Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Business Day – Monday to Friday in Victoria, excluding public holidays.
• Product(s) – Gift boxes, hampers or any other items offered for sale on the Site.
• Custom Order – Any order that involves customer-supplied branding, unique contents or special requirements.
• Bulk Order – Any order of 20 units or more, or any order we designate as bulk.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the Site, placing an order or ticking "I accept" means you agree to these Terms. We may update the Terms at any time; the revised version takes effect when posted on the Site.

3. Products and Availability

All descriptions, images and dimensions are approximate; minor variations in colour, size or packaging may occur. We may add, withdraw or change Products at any time before we confirm your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

4. Pricing, GST and Currency

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless expressly stated otherwise. GST is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are not included in the listed price; they are calculated and shown at checkout (unless a free-shipping promotion applies). Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

5. Payment Methods and Terms

Payment in full (100%) is required upfront for every order. Standard orders are paid via credit or debit cards. We may, at our discretion, offer alternative payment methods for custom or bulk orders including direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely using PCI-DSS compliant systems.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and are available for a limited time. Only one promotion can be applied per order. Promotions are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or combinable with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Customisation and Artwork

Custom options are limited to those offered on the Site. Customer-supplied artwork must be print-ready vector format. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Customisation adds 1-2 business days to standard shipping times.

8. Lead Times and Dispatch

• Standard orders: 2-3 business days to dispatch
• Custom orders: 3-5 business days to dispatch
• Bulk orders: 3-4 weeks to dispatch
• Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

9. Shipping, Risk and Title

Risk of loss transfers to you when Products are handed to the carrier. Title transfers after full payment is received. You must inspect Products upon delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours.

10. Returns, Replacements and Consumer Guarantees

We do not accept change-of-mind returns due to the perishable nature of many Products. We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding defective products. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

11. Alcohol Sales

Alcohol products require recipients to be 18 years or older. All alcohol is sold under our Victorian liquor licence. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the Products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
